Xiukeng Village in Zhouning County is pround of its ancient colonnade and roofed bridge which straddle 106 meters over a narrow valley, connecting an ancient road to north Fujian. In the county there remain craftsmen who are proficient in building the bridge. Their crafts are provincial intangible cultural heritage.
