Fujian Province of China and Quang Ninh Province of Vietname signed MOU on cultural cooperation on 8th June at the online celebration event for 5 years anniversary of the two province twinning. Leaders from Fujian Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism and their counterparts attended the online signing ceremony for signing the document. The MOU specifies the cultural exchange and cooperation between related organizations from the two provinces.
